I. Product Shipping & Customer Delivery

Our goal is to ensure that "Pet Thread" apparel reaches our customers quickly and safely.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • Carrier Partners: We primarily utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable tracking.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75.

  • Delivery Estimates: * Standard: 3–7 business days.

    • Expedited: 1–3 business days.

  • Damaged Goods: If a product is damaged during transport, the customer must report it to 351-350-1992 within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement claim.

II. Employee & Business Travel

This section applies to any travel conducted on behalf of Main Mart LLC (e.g., visiting suppliers, attending pet expos, or local deliveries).

  • Authorized Drivers: Only employees with a valid driver’s license and up-to-date personal auto insurance are authorized to drive for company business.

  • Safety Requirements: * Drivers must adhere to all California traffic laws.

    • The use of mobile devices while driving is strictly prohibited unless using a hands-free system.

    • Drivers are responsible for any parking or traffic violations incurred during business travel.

  • Mileage Reimbursement: If an employee uses a personal vehicle for business (excluding the daily commute), Main Mart LLC will reimburse mileage at the current IRS Standard Mileage Rate. Drivers must maintain a log of dates, destinations, and total miles.

  • Accident Reporting: In the event of an accident during business hours, the driver must notify Main Mart LLC management immediately after ensuring everyone's safety and contacting the authorities.

III. Policy Maintenance

Main Mart LLC reserves the right to update these transportation guidelines as our logistics network expands. All updates will be posted to the company’s internal portal and website.
